Welcome to KitsBlox. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our platform.
Description of Service
KitsBlox provides a digital marketplace for purchasing premium Roblox development assets, including but not limited to:
- Animations and animation packs
- NPCs (Non-Player Characters) and character assets
- UI Kits and interface designs
- 3D models and game-ready assets
- Scripts and code modules
All assets are delivered digitally via email and/or your account dashboard.
User Accounts
To make purchases, you may create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
License & Usage Rights
When you purchase an asset from KitsBlox, you receive a non-exclusive license. Here's what that means:
What You Can Do
- Use in unlimited personal Roblox projects
- Use in commercial Roblox games you develop
- Modify and adapt for your specific needs
- Use on team projects (team/enterprise licenses)
What You Cannot Do
- Resell, redistribute, or give away original files
- Share download links or account with others
- Use in products that compete with KitsBlox
- Claim ownership of the original assets
- Create "asset flip" games with minimal original content
- Transfer your license to another person or entity
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We offer different pricing tiers:
Individual
For solo developers and personal projects
Small Business
For teams and studios — 2× individual price
Enterprise
For larger organizations — custom pricing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service.
Delivery
Upon successful payment:
- You will receive an email confirmation with download links
- If you have an account, assets will appear in your orders page
- Download links are valid for 7 days after purchase
- You may re-download assets from your account at any time

Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once download links have been accessed.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Within 24 hours of purchase if assets were not downloaded
- If an asset is significantly different from its description
- Technical issues preventing asset use may qualify for a refund or replacement

Intellectual Property
All assets, designs, code, and content on KitsBlox remain the intellectual property of KitsBlox and/or our content creators. Your purchase grants you a license to use the assets, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
The KitsBlox name, logo, and branding are trademarks of KitsBlox and may not be used without permission.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems to access our website
- Upload malicious code or content
- Harass, abuse, or harm others through our platform
- Impersonate others or provide false information
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- Assets will meet your specific requirements
- Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Assets will be compatible with all Roblox updates
We strive to provide high-quality assets but cannot guarantee compatibility with future Roblox platform changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitsBlox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any unauthorized access to your data
- Any third-party content on our platform
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.
Governing Law
