License Grant
When you purchase an asset from KitsBlox, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the asset according to the terms of your license tier.
This license is personal to you (or your team, for business licenses) and cannot be transferred, sold, or given away to any other person or entity.
What You Can Do
Unlimited Projects
Use purchased assets in as many Roblox games as you want
Commercial Use
Monetize games containing our assets through gamepasses, products, etc.
Modify & Adapt
Customize assets to fit your game's unique style and needs
Derivative Works
Build upon assets to create new content for your games
Publish & Distribute
Release games containing our assets to the public
Stream & Create Content
Stream gameplay or create videos featuring your games with our assets
What You Cannot Do
Resell or Redistribute
You cannot sell, share, or give away the original asset files
Share Download Links
Your download links and account access are for your use only
Create Competing Products
Cannot use assets to create products that compete with KitsBlox
Claim Ownership
You cannot claim copyright or ownership of the original assets
Asset Flipping
Creating games that are primarily unmodified purchased assets
Transfer License
Your license cannot be transferred to another person or entity
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All assets remain the intellectual property of KitsBlox and/or our content creators. Your purchase grants you a license to use the assets, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
The KitsBlox name, logo, and branding are trademarks of KitsBlox and may not be used without written permission.
License Duration
Your license is perpetual — it lasts forever. Once purchased, you may continue using the assets indefinitely.
This applies even if:
- The asset is removed from our store
- Your account is closed (you retain rights to already-purchased assets)
- KitsBlox discontinues operations
We recommend keeping local backups of your purchased assets.
Updates & Support
All license tiers include:
Free Updates
Access to all future updates for your purchased assets
Compatibility Fixes
Updates to maintain compatibility with Roblox platform changes
Email Support
Access to our support team for technical issues
Enterprise customers receive priority support and a dedicated account manager.
Multi-Platform Use
Your license covers use specifically on the Roblox platform. Using assets on other platforms (Unity, Unreal, etc.) requires a separate license agreement. Contact sales@kitsblox.com for multi-platform licensing.
Team Licensing
Individual
1 developerCovers only the purchasing individual. If you work with a team, each member needs their own license OR you need a Small Business/Enterprise license.
Small Business
2–10 developersAll team members can access and use the assets. Team members must be part of the same organization or project.
Enterprise
UnlimitedCovers unlimited developers with custom terms. Contact us to discuss your organization's needs.
Warranty Disclaimer
Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Compatibility with all Roblox features or future updates
- Suitability for your specific project requirements
- Uninterrupted access to downloads or updates
We strive to maintain high quality and compatibility, but cannot guarantee against all technical issues.
License Violations
Violations of this license agreement may result in:
- License termination without refund
- Account suspension or termination
- Legal action for damages
- DMCA takedown notices for infringing content
If you believe your license was terminated in error, contact support@kitsblox.com to appeal.
