Assets are delivered instantly after purchase. You'll receive an email with download links, and if you have an account, assets will appear in your Orders page for easy access anytime.

You can download each purchased asset up to 5 times per order via the email link. However, if you have an account, you can re-download from your Orders page unlimited times.

Email download links are valid for 7 days after purchase. If your link expires, simply log into your account to download from your Orders page, or contact support for a new link.

No worries! If you have an account, log in and visit your Orders page to re-download. If you checked out as a guest, contact support@kitsblox.com with your order number and we'll send a new link.

Assets are provided in Roblox-compatible formats (.rbxm, .rbxmx) ready to import directly into Roblox Studio. Some packages also include source files or documentation.

Absolutely! All our licenses (Individual, Small Business, Enterprise) include commercial use rights. You can use purchased assets in games that generate revenue through gamepasses, developer products, or other monetization.

Yes! You're free to modify, adapt, and customize assets for your specific needs. Make them your own to fit your game's style and requirements.

No. Our license grants you usage rights, not redistribution rights. You cannot resell, give away, or redistribute the original asset files. However, you can sell games that contain the assets.

With an Individual license, only you can use the assets. For teams, you need a Small Business license (2-10 developers) or Enterprise license (larger teams). Each team member will have access to download and use the assets.

Your license is perpetual - you own it forever. Even if KitsBlox were to shut down, you retain full rights to use any assets you've purchased in your projects indefinitely.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the assets have not been downloaded. We also offer refunds if an asset is significantly different from its description or has technical issues. See our full refund policy for details.

Email support@kitsblox.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We typically respond within 24-48 hours.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Generally, downloaded assets are non-refundable. However, we may make exceptions for assets with technical issues or that are significantly different from their description. Contact support to discuss your situation.
